		<description>Thanks for the suggestion.  I think it&#039;s just a perception difference.  New York has a &lt;em&gt;lot&lt;/em&gt; of ambient noise which my fan blends into.  My parents live on thirteen wooded acres and the house is &lt;em&gt;quiet&lt;/em&gt;.</description>
