National Talk Like a Pirate Day!

Avast! Here be an instructional video on “How to Talk Like a Pirate.” Make note of it for when you be preparin’ your submissions for the Pirate issue of Shimmer. Arrr.

I expect each of ye scurvy dogs to be talkin’ like a pirate this fine day. And to make sure ye do, this journal be havin a pirate filter installed, so any o’ yer comments gonna be convertin’ to pirate speak.     WHOA! The filter be a thing of mighty goofy beauty!!! I suggest you run your whole novel through it and have your first foreign translation under your belt!! I am LOVING looking back over older posts, book cover blurbs and the like, and seeing them in Pirate, how long will this last?? Arrrr
