Those fish tacos sound amazing! How did they turn out?
Really well. This is the second time I made them. The first time I used catfish and this time I used chilean sea bass. I think I prefer the catfish because it’s lighter.
My wife loves fish tacos. Actually she’s in NYC right now for work. Have any leftovers for her?
The slaw and salad sound really good. As does the pie, but that’s a given.
