   The font in the invitation is a little formal for an informal gathering don’t you think? It is also hard to read with the s sloping one way and the a sloping the other. Therefore I won’t come. So there!

   It depends on the degree of informal. I mean cocktails and hor d’ouerves, but of course expect my guests to dress appropriately without needing instruction.
