Awesome meme. I think that I’ll save posting it until February (the WORST time of the year in Southern Ontario), but yesterday, one of my autistic 13 year olds had a sleepover at one of her “neurotypical” friend’s houses, and it went incredibly well. They had fun, did everything that 13 year old girls do on sleepovers, my daughter was polite and well-mannered, and her friend’s parents have said that she’s welcome there any time. It was a pretty big milestone in our household, and I am awesomely proud of her.
