Mike, I’m not sure. I was looking at the story as a whole and it needed to be more florid, really. If I could think of a market for it, I might rework it, but I have so many stories that I want to write that I tend to focus on the ones that I can sell.

HOWEVER, I think I came up with an alternative to the cell phone story that might work, so I’ll give it a try.

And I’m glad you like ‘duckwrangler.’

Actually, the writing of it was sort of fun, but I’m looking at the story as a whole and it was not very interesting.

That said, I had an inspiration on the subway this morning so you did get another installment.

It was fun, but I see what you mean. Are you dropping that story completely, or going to re-work it in a more standard format? Either way, thanks for having me on the list!

I like the ‘duckwrangler’ handle in the new story. I am easily amused.

Well, I for one will miss words being delivered to my cell phone, but I don’t object. I imagine thumb-typing a short story would be really droll … That’s probably part of the ‘boring’ part for you I wager.
