I'd give large presentations, sometimes all.day.long. There wasn't any nervousness behind it --- but I'd be "on a high" so to speak for a couple hours after. Then the brain would crash-dump and I'd have to recover for the evening. That's what happens when you take someone who's inherently introverted and have them do extroverted activities...at least it is in my case.
