Antique Steam Pulley Driven Workshop with Lights

While looking for something else entirely, I stumbled upon this ebay auction for aAntique Steam Pulley Driven Workshop with Lights. Good heavens. It’s got a lathe, jig saw, drill… It’s like a steampunk Shopsmith, but it’s real.

      I hadn’t. Very, very cool.

I like noting that we HAVE done some of that, just…not in the way those cards depict, lol.

I want to know where my roofed city is, though. And we could use those rainmaking machines down here in Florida right now. You know it’s bad when the Floridians are waiting with bated breath for hurricane season in the hopes that a good deluge (or several) will heal the state…

Roofed city? That’s called the mall.

          You, madam, win the day.

    Can you say FATHER’S DAY!?!?!?!?!

Hmm… I didn’t think about that as an option. I can buy a toy for Dad and then play with it when I visit.

I think that way a third of the time.

And I don’t see Dad on here objecting, so clearly that means he wants it, right?
