Studio

I went into the WRW recording studio today to get caught up on some of the audio work that I owe folks. I didn’t get it all finished, so Rob and I are hoping to head back down tomorrow at some point. (Thanks, Sam!) It felt good to get back in there, and I loved the material I was working with.

The rest of the day passed in doing sketches for book cover. I’m not providing the art, I’m just doing the layout, but I still call my rough layouts sketches as I dink around in the sandbox to see what I like.

As you might be able to tell, both of these projects are ones which are still in the hush-hush phases. I’ll pass the details on when I can. And now, I’m going to turn in for bed.

PawSense helps you catproof your computer.

This is… I’m a little baffled that someone actually made a program to catproof your computer.

When cats walk or climb on your keyboard, they can enter random commands and data, damage your files, and even crash your computer. This can happen whether you are near the computer or have suddenly been called away from it.

PawSense is a software utility that helps protect your computer from cats. It quickly detects and blocks cat typing, and also helps train your cat to stay off the computer keyboard.

My favorite quote from the website, “Most cats dislike the harmonica.”

Cracked filling

Look! My dentist managed to get the photo to me of my cracked filling. See that dark line across the filling in the lower tooth? That’s pretty obvious, even to a layman, huh?

Cracked filling

The tooth is now white and looks unblemished because we went with the composite for better bonding with what little original tooth is remaining.
